# Why can't I see some products in the product selecting pop-up?

If you search for a product, and it's not showing an option on our select box, then probably that product is in <mark style="color:orange;">**Draft Status**</mark>.&#x20;

Our select box will only recognize products in an <mark style="color:green;">**Active Status**</mark>. So kindly turn the status to <mark style="color:green;">**Active**</mark>, then refresh our app to select the product.
