# How DECO fix the issue with the partner request?

### Why do we need partner access from your store?

* We can fix your issue more quickly & accurately since we can see your theme's code.
* You won't need to be available when our team fixes your issue. It will avoid hassles for you.

### How do we fix the issue with partner access?

1. We will **add/fix the incompatible code** in the DECO code. After the fixing, labels will work well with your theme. This process usually takes about **15-20 minutes.**

DECO code is located in your theme code. Since the fixing only happens in our app's code, it won't affect your theme elements, SEO, or loading speed of your store.

2. We will double-check the fixing, thus sending an update via your email.
3. After you see the fixing is working, you can remove this access once the issue is fixed (optional).
